The Beautiful Guarantee®

At Martins Flooring, we know how important it is for you to feel confident in your flooring selection. Therefore, we strive to ensure that the floor we’ve created together, is as beautiful as the one in your dreams. If not, we’ll replace it for free. That’s what we call The Beautiful Guarantee®.

Qualifying Products & Terms

Select Room by Room™ flooring products that carry a One Diamond, Two Diamond, or Three Diamond warranty are backed by The Beautiful Guarantee®. This means that if you are not satisfied with the style or color of your new flooring after it has been installed, you may have it replaced, one time only, at no cost for the new material or standard installation labor.

If you wish to change your flooring for a different style or color within the same product category (for example, switching from one carpet to another), your Carpet One Floor & Home® store will provide a replacement Room by Room™ flooring of equal or lesser value at no additional charge. If you choose a more expensive Room by Room™ product within the same category, you may do so by simply paying the difference in retail price. If there has been a general price increase in the industry since your original purchase, you will be responsible for the difference. If the replacement flooring is a lower-priced product, no monetary refund will be issued.

This warranty covers replacement of the flooring material and standard installation labor. It does not include replacement of the cushion or padding. Any costs related to moving furniture, built-in items such as cabinets or bookcases, electronics, or appliances are the responsibility of the customer.

To take advantage of The Beautiful Guarantee®, you must contact your Carpet One Floor & Home® store within the timeframe specified in your warranty and let them know you wish to select a different Room by Room™ product in the same category. The flooring must have been professionally installed by a Carpet One Floor & Home® location or an authorized Carpet One Floor & Home® independent installer. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is valid only in owner-occupied residential settings.

The Beautiful Guarantee® does not apply to carpet that has been glued down or to flooring that has been subjected to abuse, improper maintenance, vandalism, alteration, or damage caused by smoke, fire, flood, wind, lightning, or other natural disasters. Custom installations involving borders or inserts, as well as area rugs, are not covered by this warranty.
