Every client is assigned a dedicated Project Manager that is on call 24/7 to respond to whatever needs that may arise. Our Project Managers are trained to involve our clients upfront in the planning process, and to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing.
Your Project Manager will work with you and keep you up-to-date with timely reporting, and will seek your approvals when needed throughout the project.
Once your project is complete, your Project Manager will conduct a Post-Project Evaluation with the Martins Flooring Operations Team to review what went well and identify opportunities for improvement.
Our Project Managers and In-house Design personnel will work with you to ensure that the right product is used for the right application. You will benefit from our Commercial Team’s product knowledge which will save you time researching the myriads of flooring options available.

Every commercial project is handled by a dedicated Commercial Scheduler to ensure all timelines are met, including monitoring flooring product shipments to ensure they will arrive at our facility when promised.
